If your server has a dedicated IP (port 25565/19132), we will need to move the server manually. Open a ticket in that case.
This guide will explain how to use our location switcher, which provides a fast and easy way to change your server's location!
To get started, make sure you're logged in to WitherPanel and navigate to the server you want to transfer. Then, click "Location Switcher".
Next, choose the location you want to transfer to and click the blue transfer button. Note that there is an 8 hour cooldown between changing locations.
And you're done! The server will start moving. Once it's finished, you will see that it's now in the new location. In this example, I've chosen NYC.
Please note that the time it takes to transfer the server will depend on its size. If you feel your server is taking excessively long to move, please open a ticket!
